I feel my life is going on and being lived without me. no contesting from the sidelines where I sit. but as I begin to realize this I also realize that I want to make a change.

I have changed in more ways than I can say. and I hope it is for the better. I want to take that first step, alas it is always the first that is the most troublesome.
